Spawn Store Exclusive Preorder Rules
- No Purchase Necessary.
- By participating in any Spawn Store Exclusive Preorder, entrants agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the preorder administrator, which are final in all matters related to that registration.
- A preorder entry does not guarantee the opportunity to purchase and receive the preorder item. Each exclusive has limited availability and a pre-determined period to purchase as defined by the individual item. If you do not purchase the preorder item within the specified time frame, you forfeit your registration. The McFarlane Toys Spawn Store and the preorder administrator reserve the right to cancel orders or refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.
- Entry details may differ depending on the particular preorder exclusive. Please follow the directions posted in that specific preorder item to be eligible to purchase.
- There is a limit of ONE entry per preorder item, unless otherwise specified. Spawn.com, The McFarlane Companies, TMP International, Inc. are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information, whether caused by a participant or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this preorder, or by human error which may occur in processing the registration.
- Start and end times are set and enforced by the Spawn Store.
- All customers who register can verify their standing on any preorder exclusive by clicking on the Check Preorder Status link on the Preorder Listing page. Registered entrants are responsible for verifying their standing on any preorder item by clicking on the preorder link.
- Preorder Exclusives are open to registered entrants only and will not be available to the public once the registration period is completed.
- Your credit card is not charged at the time of registration. Your credit card will be charged once your preorder leaves our warehouse.
- When the preorder exclusive becomes available to purchase, registered entrants will be notified via the email address used to register.
- All Spawn Store Preorder Exclusives are open to everyone age 13 and older at the time of entry, and who have an active online account as of the start of the registration period. Preorders are not open to employees/families of Spawn.com, its affiliated companies, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, etc. Preorders are open to everyone except where prohibited by state law. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
- All registration entries become property of Spawn.com and its related companies; will not be sold or solicited to third party vendors. All information is retained for Spawn.com only, and will not be used for spamming.
